About

Hi, I'm Romi.

My name is Romina, but most people call me Romi. I meet people where they are and build on what's already working.

I've coached people of all ages through stress, anxiety and big changes, in English and Spanish. Today my focus is kids and teens, ages 9 and up, and the parents who support them.

Coaching and AI work stay completely separate. Both are about helping people build new habits, which is what a health coach is trained to do. Nothing a coaching client shares ever goes into AI tools. About my AI work

Always learning

I've hosted coach events with BetterUp in North America, Europe and Asia-Pacific, including ICF Converge, the International Coaching Federation's global conference, and coach community events in Singapore. I also lead a group of about 1,000 coaches in 20 regions who learn from each other.
