Privacy

The short version

• I collect only what I need to answer you, schedule with you and coach you.
• I never sell your information or use it for ads.
• Nothing a coaching client shares with me, in sessions, texts or notes, ever goes into AI tools.
• You can ask me to see, fix or delete your information at any time.

Who this covers

This policy covers romilabanca.com, my booking page and forms, and the information I keep as a coach and consultant. "I" means Romina Labanca, who runs this site and does all the work.

What I collect

• When you book a free call: your name, email and anything you add to the booking form.
• When you ask about soccer training: your name, email or phone, the player's age and any message you write.
• When you complete the intake form: your contact details, the client's name and date of birth, emergency contacts, any health details you choose to share, your agreement and photo and texting choices, typed signatures and the date. It goes straight to my Google account. Health details are never included in emails.
• When you email or text me: your message and contact details.
• When we work together: permission forms, emergency contacts, my session notes, scheduling and payment records.

This site doesn't use cookies, ads or tracking analytics, and the intake form saves nothing in your browser. Like any website, my web host keeps basic server logs, such as IP addresses, to keep the site running and secure. The site's fonts load from Google Fonts, so Google can see your IP address when a page loads.

How I use it

To reply to you, schedule sessions, coach or train, send receipts and keep the records a small business needs. I don't use it for marketing lists, and I don't email you unless you've reached out or we're working together.

Who else sees it

• Google Workspace stores my email, calendar, forms and files. Google handles that data under its own terms for business customers.
• Payment apps (Venmo, Zelle, Cash App) see the payment details you send them, under their own privacy policies.
• Others, only with your written permission, like your child's coach or school, and only about what you've agreed to.
• When safety or the law requires it: in an emergency, if I believe a child is being harmed (a report to child protective services), or if a court or law requires it.

That's it. I don't sell or rent your information, and I don't share it with advertisers.

Children's information

This site is for parents, guardians and adults. A parent or guardian should fill out any form about a child under 18, and kids under 13 shouldn't send me information through the site. If you think a child under 13 has, email me and I'll delete it.

How long I keep it

If we don't end up working together, I delete your inquiry within 12 months. Coaching records, like permission forms, notes and receipts, are kept for 3 years after our last session and then deleted. You can ask me to delete them sooner, unless I need to keep something by law.

How I protect it

Everything lives in one business Google account with a strong password and two-step verification. Texts go to a separate business number, never my personal phone. Paper forms are scanned and then shredded.

Your choices

• Ask to see the information I have about you or your child.
• Ask me to correct or delete it.
• Tell me to stop texting or emailing. Parents can ask me to stop contacting their child at any time.

Do Not Track

Some browsers send a "Do Not Track" signal. This site doesn't track you across other websites or let advertisers track you here, so there's nothing for the signal to turn off.

Changes

If I change this policy, I'll update the date at the top. If a change affects how I use information I already have, I'll email current clients first.
